The Australian Church Record is an independent theological voice promoting and defending Reformed evangelical Anglicanism.
We accept the Scriptures as God’s word written, and as containing all things necessary for salvation and the final authority in all matters of faith and behaviour.
We stand in the tradition of the historic creeds and the Thirty Nine Articles alongside the Book of Common Prayer as the constitutionally authorised standard of worship and doctrine in the Anglican Church of Australia.
The Church Record was first published in Sydney in 1880. It was renamed the Australian Church Record in 1926.
We currently publish a print periodical journal, regular online articles, and books for various occasions.
