Alison Barratt

Alison is from the North West of England but she has lived in the North East of England for 25 years, where she works for a local church in Durham. She enjoys nice food and good coffee, spending time with her nephew and niece and all sorts of craft. She loves watching sport but by far her favourite is rugby league. She is a dyed-in-the-wool St Helens fan and has recently adopted the Penrith Panthers as her new favourite Australian team after they sent her a video message and a cap during her long UK lockdown.

About

The Australian Church Record is an evangelical newspaper in the Reformed Anglican tradition of the historic creeds and the 39 Articles of Faith, and the standard of teaching and practice in the Book of Common Prayer.

We accept the Scriptures as God’s word written, and as containing all things necessary for salvation and the final authority in all matters of faith and behaviour.

The Church Record was first published in Sydney in 1880.
