Stand your ground (Ephesians 6:10–13)

July 28, 2022July 28, 2022 by Lionel Windsor

In the modern materialistic Western world, it’s easy to ignore the spiritual realities of life. There are just so many things to get on with and worry about: relationships, health, family, work, leisure, career, reputation, and so on. With…

December 9, 2021December 9, 2021 by Lionel Windsor

Christmas Day was almost here. Izzy LaPeruta, aged 7, of New Jersey, USA, was in her living room, near the Christmas tree, playing with a ball. In one terrible moment, the ball flew too close to the tree and knocked it. Tumbling down to the floor…

So here’s the plan (Ephesians 1:8–10)

November 2, 2021November 2, 2021 by Lionel Windsor

In almost every area of our lives, things work best when we know the plan. Whether it’s personal relationships, or study, or work, or holidays, or sport, or even going for a walk, it really helps to know what the point is and how we’re going to…
